A PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT
In some instances, an oral infection can make its way to the tooth's nerve, invading the root and leading to abscesses and swelling in the bone and gum, which can be very painful. If an x-ray shows this is the cause of your discomfort, a root canal treatment will be recommended.

During a root canal, your dentist will aim to remove all infection and debris from the infected tooth, preventing the need for an extraction and promoting the health of your natural teeth. If you wish to discuss this procedure in further detail, or want to know more about cost, simply get in touch with our knowledgeable team.
