If you're looking for a simple yet extremely effective way to address chipped, discoloured or fractured teeth, composite bounding can surpass your expectations.
This cosmetic procedure, managed by Crawley Dental Clinic, uses small amounts of tooth-coloured composite resin to enhance tooth shape and cover imperfections without the need for invasive work or drilling. A UV light is then used to cure the resin, before polishing and shaping the hardened material, for extremely long-lasting, natural-looking results. Contact our team to discuss this treatment.
CUSTOMISE THIS TREATMENT
Given the nature of the material, composite resin will not lighten once applied and whitening gel will be ineffective. Therefore, if you wish to change the shade of your teeth, we recommend having your teeth whitened before the composite bonding treatment. We'll then opt for a resin colour that matches your whiter teeth.
FOR LONG-LASTING RESULTS
As composite bonding is much softer than the natural tooth, we'll recommend the correct maintenance steps to take, to keep your teeth looking their best for longer. Composite bonding will typically last around 5 years, but Crawley Dental Clinic can advise when may the best time to re-apply and condition.
