Crawley Dental Clinic goes much further than the standard dental practice; we're an experienced clinic leading the way in restorative, preventative and cosmetic dentistry, helping our clients care for their oral health and enhance their teeth however they see fit.
Established in 1952 and under current management since 1997, our team are members of the British Dental Association and General Dental Council, following the strict guidelines of the QCC (Quality Care Commission) to ensure our clients get the very best levels of care. Missed Appointment Policy
We value our patients’ time and strive to provide timely care to everyone. If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels at short notice, it disrupts our schedule and prevents other patients from receiving care.
Patients who do not attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at short notice may not be offered future appointments at our practice.
NHS Attendance Policy
To remain registered as an NHS patient at our practice, it is important that you attend for regular dental examinations as advised by your dentist.
Patients who fail to attend routine examinations over an extended period, or repeatedly miss scheduled appointments, may no longer be eligible to receive care as an NHS patient at this practice. In such circumstances, future treatment may need to be provided on a private basis, subject to availability.
We encourage all patients to attend regularly to maintain their oral health and NHS registration status. If you are unsure when your next examination is due, please contact the practice and our team will be happy to assist you.
